#23 AspectPallet.combine and derive now delegate to combineBatch instead of combineBatch looping over combine, so the stockpile is checked against the full count once, avoiding stale reads from the async pool deduction. Removed AspectPool.anyComponentMissingFor and its adapter implementation; added AspectPalletTest. - @Glease

#21 Adds ResearchTweaksConfig with client.allowCombiningSameAspect, loaded in a new preInit. AspectPalletUIComponent.combine returns a failure when the dragged and target aspects are the same and the option is off. - @Goldenlion5648
