Bug Fixes

• #12 Replaced the GTUtility.isOre method handle and the isOreBlock, isCasing and isMachine checks in ProxyGregTech with getGTBlockType, which matches the block registry name (Ore, Casing, Machine). WailaHandler uncaps meta only for GT ores and uses the real block for casings and machines. - @tiffit
  • Fixed: natural GregTech ores not showing mining level
• #11 Added a capMeta flag to WailaHandler.getHarvestability. The meta >= 16 reset to 0 is skipped when the flag is false, which is set for the disguised-block path. - @tiffit
  • Fixed: incorrect harvest info for GregTech blocks with meta above 15
