Bug Fixes

• #2 The KeyboardEventHandler is registered with GuiContainerManager in ClientProxy only. NetworkMessageService is created in init and held in NoHotbarNeeded.NETWORK. Unused Config and proxy lifecycle methods were removed, a required-after NEI dependency was added, and keyCode 0 is ignored. - @Alexdoru

• #1 KeyboardEventHandler.lastKeyTyped returns false when GuiContainerManager.getSlotMouseOver returns null, and reuses the cached slot index for the ActivateItemRequest. - @lc-1337

Internal / Refactor

• #3 KeyboardEventHandler gets a public static INSTANCE and a public keyBinding field. ClientProxy registers INSTANCE instead of a new handler. - @SuperSoupr
