Bug Fixes

#23 CrashUtils.openCrashReport and openBrowser now call org.lwjgl.Sys.openURL instead of java.awt.Desktop and return a boolean. GuiProblemScreen uses named button id constants, no longer disables buttons on failure, and swaps the upload button text to the new openUploadedCrashReport lang key once uploaded. - @danyadev
