Bug Fixes

• #7 Adds a compileOnly EndlessIDs dependency and an ENDLESS_IDS_LOADED flag in CoreInitialiser. DummyEventHandler and MiscUtils use ChunkBiomeHook short biome arrays when EndlessIDs is loaded, and the preInit error path now logs through a log4j logger. - @tiffit
  • Added: EndlessIDs compatibility for biome handling
  • Removed: System.exit call in preInit error handling
